Obtaining a Guarantee
All products that are presented in the online store are guaranteed.
In order to carry out warranty service of the goods, you need to present to the store's representative a receipt for payment of the goods, a photo of the factory label of the product or the passport of the product.

The guarantee of fulfillment of obligations is the online store.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods of good quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, under the following conditions:
- Factory packaging is not damaged, factory labels, stickers;
- Preserved presentation and consumer properties;
- The goods were not used, they were not assembled (assembled);
- Availability of settlement document.
The procedure is carried out with the help of any carrier, which you can choose yourself.
The return is made at the expense of the buyer, in the event of an exchange under warranty obligations - at the expense of the online store.
In order to exercise the right to return the goods, the store must provide evidence that the product was not in use, its presentation is preserved, there are no external damages (scratches, scratches).
The following goods can not be returned:
- Mattresses (feather-down products, bed linen)
- Pillows (feather-down products, bed linen)
- Goods that were manufactured under the individual order: furniture with a choice of fabric, cabinet furniture of non-standard sizes, etc. (Offer contract item 1.3)
